And the routine, I assure here, is that the routine may destroy you or give u pain, my friend, because humans are work of habit, if it gets used to something or a routine, it will be difficult for it to receive new activities or change effort, it because the human soul or the brain, does not like to change effort and this is a sure thing and all people also know it, what will you do  To overcome laziness and start your day with activity.i am giving you some activities that can overcomes uour laziness. 


 Get up early in the 

 You must have heard this word over and over from the eryone to get up early in the morning .And Every one is recommending This,Becuse get up early in the morning is scientifically proved. Perhaps you will start to think that, I am saying nonsense and that I do nothing but repeat what others have said, but you are wrong, because sometimes you have to apply and keep waking up early. because when you wake up early then you first do Something that no one can do. because most people do not like to get up earle, but getting up early has many benefits that I will not talk about in this article.


 Well, why is waking up early? Because when you do this, you are actively slumping out of the comfort zone you have been in for a long time, and here you are preparing your brain to receive a new routine.

And in this world every person is Did sports in they're life. because sports is not just a race  or punishment, but a way of life that can make you respect yourself and your body. Sports will benefit your health and change your life, Also introduce you to new friends.


 eat food that fiil your Daily needs

 The quality of the food you eat, plays a big role in your mood and life.because healthy food is very important.Stay away from fast foods.Fast foods doesn’t  give you any nutritional value but only gives you toxins.


 Eating healthy Food and waking up early and exercising three times a day, or if you do it You can overcome you laziness 100%.
